Guido Gianasso (born February 15, 1961, in Turin, Italy) is a senior expert in change management, global leadership and human resources. He worked in the Banking, Chemical and Aviation Industries as well as with leading International Organizations (United Nations and World Bank). Currently Dr. Gianasso is Chief Human Resources with SICPA in Lausanne (Switzerland) and Adjunct Professor with the Division of Strategy, Management and Organization at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
From April 2003 to March 2013 Guido Gianasso was Vice President, Human Capital of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). He also led the IATA Training and Development Institute (ITDI), which delivers training to over 50.000 industry professionals each year. He also conceptualized and coordinated the Intercultural Leadership Engagement and Development (I-LEAD) program.
Dr. Gianasso developed several innovative executive education and MBA programs, in partnership with Stanford University, Harvard University, NTU and the University of Geneva.
From 1997 to 2006 Guido Gianasso served as Vice-President of the Diplomatic Club of Geneva and from 2001 to 2002 as Senior Advisor to the Romanian Minister for Foreign Affairs.
